The MA25 cleaning and finishing station provides a straightforward, ergonomic, and incredibly efficient way to maneuver doors for cleaning, quality control and finishing on a production line. During the turning task, pneumatic arms angle the door at 70°, saving operators this repetitive effort. It can also be used to load doors onto the line or unload rejected doors that could not be finished or did not pass quality control.
